Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Siegfried Thurner, Stang 1, 8361 Hatzendorf, Austria, phone +43 680 2330667, email kontakt@thurner.st) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using the “Withdraw from contract” function continuously available on our website. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Siegfried Thurner, Stang 1, 8361 Hatzendorf, Austria, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Packaging information
You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Please pack the goods securely for transport and protect them against breakage. Carefully secure and cushion glass bottles to prevent movement and breakage. The original shipping packaging is recommended but is not mandatory. You arrange and pay for the return yourself; no free return label is provided.
